The Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey is one of the most prestigious events in the Royal calendar, attended by His Majesty King Charles III, Her Majesty Queen Camilla, members of the Royal Family and Royal Household, Prime Ministers from across the Commonwealth, and a distinguished audience of international guests. Broadcast across the BBC, the occasion reaches millions of people in the UK and internationally.
Across the 2023 and 2024 Commonwealth Day Services, we worked closely with the Royal Commonwealth Society and BBC Television to support the curation and production of the entertainment programme. Our work included securing headline performances from The Ghetto Kids and Calum Scott, alongside delivering an official brand partnership with Yamaha.
In parallel, we developed and executed integrated digital campaigns designed to extend the impact of the television broadcast across social and digital platforms, helping introduce the occasion to new audiences and significantly increase its reach. The campaign grew into the biggest streaming Royal Commonwealth event of all time.
The project demonstrates our ability to operate at the intersection of culture, entertainment, government and global media, delivering talent, partnerships, production and digital strategy for events of the highest international profile.
