Ghetto Kids

Ghetto Kids is a visionary dance troupe and multi-award-winning creative collective from Kampala, Uganda who have proven themselves to be one of the most pioneering performing groups on the scene, showcasing a unique flavour and style, with a vast array of vibrant choreography that’s moving the needle in today’s global entertainment landscape. The Ghetto Kids have performed and collaborated with heavyweight artists like French Montana, Swae Lee, Eddy Kenzo, Wizkid, and many more. In 2014 the group produced their foundational viral dance video for Eddy Kenzo’s “Sitya Loss” and later starred in the 2017 worldwide hit music video “Unforgettable” alongside French Montana, which grew to become one of the most influential, streamed cultural moments of that year.

In 2023 the Ghetto Kids elevated to monumental heights by competing on the critically acclaimed television show “Britain’s Got Talent,” which destroyed performance expectations by making history as the first act to ever receive a Golden Buzzer mid-routine, pulling in hundreds of millions of views and cementing their status as a global dance phenomenon. In 2022 the group performed on the world stage at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, they also took their massive routines to the BET Awards and Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, as well as achieving prestigious recognition by winning Best Dance Group at the African Entertainment Awards for their unparalleled international impact and their groundbreaking work uplifting orphaned youth through dance.
