Emiway Bantai is a visionary artist and multi-award-winning rapper-singer-songwriter from Mumbai, India who has proven himself to be one of the most pioneering creatives on the scene, showcasing a unique flavour and style, with a vast array of hip-hop vibes that’s moving the needle in today’s global music charts. Emiway has released hits and collaborated with heavyweight artists like Snoop Dogg, Macklemore, Dax, Chris Gayle, Celina Sharma and many more. In 2014 Emiway released his foundational breakout hit “Aur Bantai” and later the 2019 worldwide viral single “Machayenge,” which grew to become some of the most influential, streamed Indian rap records of that year.
In 2021 Emiway elevated to monumental heights by releasing his critically acclaimed debut album “Malum Hai Na,” which destroyed streaming expectations across platforms, pulling in hundreds of millions of streams globally and cementing his status as a founding father of the modern independent Desi Hip Hop movement.
