Tops Henderson draws on a wealth of experience and success attained over the past 40 years in the music business, both in the UK and Internationally. Key roles include, Managing Director & Co-President of Epic Records UK, their roster includes Olly Murs and JLS. For the past 10 years Tops has been a Co-Owner of Phonogenic, a joint venture with Sony Music Entertainment UK Ltd. Phonogenic have successfully launched The Script, Hurts and Natasha Bedingfield and achieved Gold & Platinum accreditations globally on numerous releases. Tops has also been Artist Manager to Rick Astley for over 25 years and was Pete Waterman’s Personal Assistant, in the infamous SAW days. Prior to this, Tops was Tour Manager to Ian Gillan, Musical Youth, Climax Blues Band and Supercharge, to name but a few.
